Atawhai means kindness in te reo Māori and I hope you find the studio to be kind to your body, mind, and soul. Over the years I’ve come to believe that living in kindness is my highest value. 

There are three things we need to do for healing to happen; eat fresh whole foods, move our bodies, and learn how to reset the nervous system through relaxation. Yoga helps with both movement and relaxation.

The newly built Atawhai Yoga Body Yoga Mind Studio opened in June 2019 and is available to help you achieve these goals.

Aromatouch Technique

 Asanas

are poses or body postures used in yoga to meditate or stretch. The focus is on comfort and balance.
