Yoga Classes

 

Restorative

Designed to connect breath with movement and deep relaxation, this session is the perfect way to start your week. Thirty minutes of gentle stretching is followed by three, 10-minute poses to leave you feeling centred.

Vinyasa Flow

For those looking for a little more movement here’s the class for you. Beginning with a 30-minute flow we will move into stretching on the mat and end with a 5-10 minute savasana which integrates the practice.

 
 

Pop Up Yoga

Private classes for groups of 1 - 4 people. You gather your group and pick the time, date and type of yoga session you would like. Everything will be set up for you so that you can enjoy the session completely with nothing to clean or organise. Treat yourself to a bit of luxurious movement in this peaceful space.

An hour session is $65 for 1 person and $80 for 2-4

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a hot topic these days. You may have heard reports from people who credit a daily practice with everything from better relationships and improved sleep to better concentration and increased compassion.

Have you ever wondered whether meditation could benefit you too? Come join us for this 4-week intro course to explore the practice and gather some tools to use at home. Chairs will be provided for your comfort.
